For Ralph to go back to the ocean, him and Mellie go to the shore to prepare for their journey.
Preparation is more for Mellie than Ralph it seems. She needed a special piece of equipment.
A snorkel. Not sure why she would need that. I thought some floaties would be more appropriate.
But what do I know?
