Mugs Bear started as part of a Murder Mystery Novel. In the Novel he was pretty much like the Pink Panther type character. Mugs Bear was a Mascot for the Mugs Bear Toy Company that was featured in the story. Simple enough.
Didn’t know then that I will be continuing to do Art Pieces with Mugs Bear and dump the Mystery Murder angle.
